Ali Hassan has been with Save Time Services since 2000. During this time, Ali has been cleaning a College and the head offices for an aluminium engineering firm, two large customers based in Brisbane City.
Ali's philosophy towards successful service is simple - a strong commitment to achieve top results. He says, "The appearance of a business to the general public is important, and a business that is clean, tidy and orderly will appear more respectable and acceptable to its customers, therefore attract more business. It is ultimately a cleaner's responsibility to ensure that this is successfully achieved." Ali is a cleaner who takes pride in his work, and approaches his duties with a focus to do well. Certainly, time is a big factor to every task you perform.
Ali further added that part of being a successful cleaner is to be prepared to go above and beyond regular duties. For example, when he is asked, Ali is more than happy to do odd jobs such as touch-up painting around the college campus and more. Furthermore, he detailed that being flexible is significantly important.
So why has Ali continued to stay with Save Time Services?
"Franchising appealed to me because of the fact that I get to be my own boss. I get to work at my own pace, in my own time, and not have to worry about management and administrative tasks which are all done for you by the management team."
For Ali, this means he can utilise all of his energy and focus on issues related to cleaning, and not have to think about work while at home. As Ali says,
"This allows me to focus on family issues with my 3 lovely daughters, my wife Fabiza and the family cat, Mookey."
When asked about what he likes about Save Time Services, Ali replied that the team's professional approach is what he likes. "When I need any advice, services or help, the management team are there for me. They don't leave you out in the cold, ever."
